Things break all the time. Day breaks, waves break, voices break. Promises break. Hearts break. Jodi Picoult focuses her latest fiction release on an obscure medical condition: osteogenesis imperfecta, commonly known as brittle bone disease. Frankfort’s Kara Sheridan was born with this medical condition, and consulted with Jodi.
